Top 5: Things To Do In Vancouver Over The Holidays

The holiday season can be a magical time especially in B.C, as the nights get darker and colder we’ve been getting excited about the festive events coming up in Vancouver.

Especially for our clients we fully recommend de-stressing at one of these events. Get out and be inspired by bright lights, drink copious amounts of hot chocolate & all the apple cider you can imagine. I know that what I’ll be doing this season.

 1. Reflections Winter Pop Up - Rosewood Hotel Georgia Vancouver

This is one of our favourite patios in the summer and winter! It’s a great spot to have a cocktail & enjoy the festive surroundings with colleagues, friends & family. It seems to be fully booked until Christmas day but they accept walk-ins!

2. Lafarge Light CoquitlAm

Buddle up for a colourful walk around Lafarge Lake. With over 100,000 lights and 1.2km long Christmas tunnel this will undoubtable get you in a carolling mood - Free Admission.

3. Winter Light Festival - Harrison Hot Springs

This is a new attraction that we’re all excited about. The streets are filled with multicoloured lights bringing you right back to being a child and watching the Grinch.

4. Canyon Lights - Capilano Suspension Bridge in North Vancouver

There’s a free Shuttle from Canada Place & several other Downtown locations - We love that it combines Festive Lights with elements of nature! You can’t help but feel in the holiday mood when you see the suspension bridge all lit up.

5. Bright Nights in Stanley Park

Great cause to go and support. You can get a picture with Santa or if your feet are tired you can the train and take in the beauty. They have raised $1.2 million dollars to date. Admission by Donation for the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund.

6. Canucks + Crossroads Fundraiser!

Lastly, you don’t even need to leave the comfort of your own home to feel the holiday spirit! With our partnership with Canucks place, you can be a part of creating the holiday feeling for kids all over B.C. @canuckplace.
